Chuck's Wine Events
Chuck's Steak House, in conjunction with some very prominent wineries, is hosting a series of informal wine gatherings. These events will be catered by Chuck's and feature assorted appetizers along with a hot and cold buffet table.
The second wine gathering was held Tuesday, May 2, from 6 to 9 PM, and featured California's Benziger Family Vineyards. We tasted several distinctly flavorful wines from their Sonoma Mountain estate, including the award winning Tribute. With Tribute, Benziger integrates bio-dynamics, organic farming at its highest level, into a holistic process of wine making.
Chuck’s Sommelier Peter Perkins and Jerry Benziger of Benziger’s Family Winery, along with Chefs Jason Wanzer and Scott Ziegelmeier, created an evening of wine and food, to the delight of about fifty people, in a relaxed, informal gathering at Chuck’s.
